										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Electrical Distribution &#8211; </strong>Pengamanan Sistem Distribusi merupakan sistem perlindungan yang dirancang untuk mencegah atau membatasi kerusakan pada jaringan dan peralatannya, menjaga keselamatan umum dari gangguan, serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Proteksi pada sistem distribusi mencakup:</p>
<ol>
<li><strong>Perlindungan Terhadap Hubung Singkat dan Arus Lebih:</strong> Melibatkan perlindungan terhadap hubung singkat (short circuit, sc) atau arus lebih (overcurrent, oc) yang dapat terjadi pada saluran atau peralatan. Perlindungan ini bertujuan untuk mencegah kerusakan yang dapat timbul akibat arus yang berlebihan.</li>
<li><strong>Perlindungan Terhadap Gangguan Petir:</strong> Dikenal sebagai perlindungan terhadap tegangan lebih (overvoltage), fokusnya adalah melindungi sistem distribusi dari gangguan petir yang dapat menyebabkan lonjakan tegangan berlebih.</li>
</ol>
<p>Dalam rangka pelatihan ini, akan dibahas berbagai teknik proteksi untuk sistem <a href="https://centragama.com/electrical-distribution-operation-testing-protection/">distribusi</a>. Unjuk kerja generator selain dipengaruhi oleh aspek operasinya sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor pemeliharaannya. Kesalahan dalam melakukan pemeliharaan akan menyebabkan gangguan vibrasi dan menurunnya kemampuan sehingga kinerja unit turun. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut perlu SDM yang kompeten, pelatihan ini dapat memberikan solusi  terhadap masalah pemeliharaan generator di unit pembangkit.<br />

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Pelatihan Mekatronika &#8211; </strong>Tidak semua hal bisa dilakukan manusia dengan efektif, efisien, dan aman. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan dan penguasaan bidang robotika adalah sebuah keniscayaan. Perkembangan industri menuntut tersedianya sumber daya manusia yang menguasai teknologi otomatisasi alias robot. Teknologi tersebut meliputi Medical Technology, CNC Technology dan Renewable Energy yang disebut dengan <a href="https://arumtraining.wordpress.com/2018/10/29/pelatihan-mekatronika/">Teknik Mekatronika</a>, bidang khusus mengenai otomasi. Namun dalam perkembangannya mencakup lebih luas. Cakupan tersebut meliputi integrasi teknik mesin, elektronika, perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak komputer, komunikasi, ilmu bahan, mikroelektronika, juga kecerdasan buatan.
